A Creative Environmental Activity under Vriksh Samman Mahotsav 2026

Dear Harit Veer Sisters and Brothers,
Prakriti Pranam.

Warm greetings to all of you on the occasion of Vriksh Samman Mahotsav 2026.

With the purpose of giving creative expression to love, respect and protection towards Mother Nature, Green Donor – EERC India is organizing an inspiring drawing activity titled “Harit Srijan: Nature on Paper.”

This activity is not merely a drawing competition. It is a beautiful opportunity to express your sensitivity, thoughts, responsibility and green commitment towards the future of the Earth on paper.

Activity Theme

“My Green Efforts for the Earth of the Future”

Under this theme, participants may express through their drawing what efforts they can make for environmental protection, pollution control, water conservation, tree plantation, biodiversity, cleanliness, natural lifestyle and ecological balance.

Activity Categories

This activity will be conducted in two categories:

1. Junior Category

School students

2. Senior Category

All other general citizens

Registration Fee

Junior Category: ₹100
Senior Category: ₹300

Mode of Payment

Participants can pay the registration fee on the Green Donor Helpline Mother Number 9826 22 00 22 through any online payment app.

Participants may use PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or any other UPI payment app for making the payment.

After making the payment, participants must save the payment screenshot. Uploading this screenshot in the registration Google Form is mandatory.

While making the payment, participants are advised, if possible, to mention their name and category — Junior/Senior — in the remarks/note section.

Special Information:
All Senior Category brothers and sisters who successfully participate in this activity as per the rules will also be provided Green Donor Harit Veer Annual Membership.

Registration Process

Participants must completely fill the given Google Form for registration.

While filling the Google Form, uploading the following information and documents is mandatory:

  1. Full name of the participant
  2. Mobile number / WhatsApp number
  3. Email ID
  4. Complete address
  5. Recent photo / selfie of the participant
  6. Screenshot of registration fee payment
  7. Photo while planting a sapling
  8. Clear photo / scanned copy of identity proof

Participant Photo / Selfie

Every participant must upload a clear recent photo or selfie. The participant’s face should be clearly visible in the photo.

For the Junior Category, the student’s photo will be uploaded.
For the Senior Category, the participant’s own photo will be uploaded.

Identity Proof Instructions

Junior Category participants must upload their school ID card.

Senior Category participants must upload a clear photo/scanned copy of any one valid government-issued identity proof for address and identity verification.

Valid identity proofs may include Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport or any other valid government-issued identity proof.

Sapling Plantation Instructions

As part of this activity, every participant must plant one sapling and upload a photo while planting the sapling in the Google Form.

The participant and the sapling should be clearly visible in the photo.

Drawing Entry Submission Process

After successful completion of registration, participants must create an original drawing on the theme “My Green Efforts for the Earth of the Future.”

The drawing should be neat, beautiful, theme-based and self-created.

Detailed information regarding the email/submission process for sending the drawing entry will be shared with the participant on their registered email or WhatsApp after successful registration.

Therefore, participants must ensure that they provide their correct mobile number, WhatsApp number and email ID in the Google Form.

Condition for Complete Participation

Participation will be considered complete only when the participant completes both the following steps:

Merely completing the registration will not be considered complete participation.

Important Dates

Registration Period: 3 July 2026 to 3 August 2026

Drawing Submission Period: 5 August 2026 to 15 August 2026

Announcement of Winners: 25 August 2026 on the Green Donor website

Submission Guidelines

  1. The drawing must be completely self-created.
  2. Drawings copied from the internet, AI tools or any other source will not be accepted.
  3. The drawing should be clearly connected with the theme.
  4. The photo of the drawing should be clear and the complete drawing should be visible.
  5. Submission of an originality declaration by the participant is mandatory.
  6. Entries with incomplete information, unclear photos or violation of rules may be rejected.
  7. Participation will be considered complete only after completing both stages.

Originality Declaration

At the time of submitting the drawing, the participant must send the following declaration in handwritten or typed form, duly self-signed:

“I certify that the drawing submitted by me is my original creation. This work or any part of it has not been copied or pasted from anywhere and has not been generated using AI tools. I accept all the rules and conditions of this activity organized by Green Donor. The work submitted by me for this activity may be used by Green Donor for publication, promotion, display, archival use and environmental awareness purposes. I shall have no claim in this regard in the future.”

Verification Process for Awards

The original documents of participants selected as winners may be verified by the local representative of Green Donor.

The following documents may be required for verification:

  1. School ID card — for Junior Category
  2. Government identity proof — for Senior Category
  3. Activity registration number or screenshot of the registration form
  4. Participant’s photo
  5. Original copy of the drawing
  6. Recent photo of the planted sapling

Basis of Evaluation

Entries will be evaluated on the following basis:

  1. Relevance to the theme
  2. Originality
  3. Creativity
  4. Environmental message
  5. Clarity of presentation
  6. Sensitivity towards Mother Nature

The decision of the GDF EERC Mother Panel will be final and binding.

Awards and Recognition

First, Second and Third position winners from both Junior and Senior categories will separately receive an attractive Green Donor Trophy and Certificate.

All participants who successfully complete both stages — registration and drawing submission — as per the rules will receive an E-Certificate.

All Senior Category brothers and sisters who successfully participate in this activity will also receive Green Donor Harit Veer Annual Membership. Membership-related details will be provided as per the procedure determined by the organization.
