Dear Green Donors,

We are thrilled to see the overwhelming enthusiasm and participation in the “हरित सृजन: कागज पर प्रकृति” drawing event. However, taking into account the ongoing school examinations and numerous requests from parents, the Green Donor Mother Panel has decided to extend the dates for this activity to ensure maximum participation.

Revised Schedule:

  1. New Registration Dates:
    21st March 2025 to 30th March 2025
  2. Drawing Submission Deadline:
    10th April 2025
  3. YouTube Engagement Period (Likes, Comments, Subscriptions):
    11th April 2025 to 20th April 2025
  4. Result Announcement:
    25th April 2025

Important Note:

  • Students who have already completed their registration do not need to register again. They can submit their drawings by the new submission deadline.
  • All other rules and guidelines of the event remain unchanged.

This extension aims to provide every student with a fair chance to participate and showcase their creativity without academic pressures. We look forward to your continued support in making this event a grand success.

“हरित सृजन: कागज पर प्रकृति” ड्राइंग इवेंट में बच्चों की अद्भुत रुचि और जोश को देखकर हम अत्यंत उत्साहित हैं। लेकिन, वर्तमान में बच्चों की परीक्षाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए और उनके अभिभावकों द्वारा प्राप्त अनुरोधों के आधार पर, ग्रीन डोनर मदर पैनल ने इस गतिविधि के लिए तारीख़ों को बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है।

संशोधित कार्यक्रम:

  1. नवीन रजिस्ट्रेशन की तारीख़ें:

  • जिन छात्र-छात्राओं का रजिस्ट्रेशन पहले ही पूर्ण हो चुका है, उन्हें दोबारा रजिस्ट्रेशन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। वे अपनी ड्राइंग नई सबमिशन तिथि तक भेज सकते हैं।

Dear Green Donors,

We are delighted to announce an inspiring and creative opportunity for all young members of the Green Donor Family to express their heartfelt love and dedication towards Mother Nature. This unique drawing activity aims to foster environmental awareness and highlight the small yet impactful habits that contribute to pollution control and ecological balance.

Activity Details

Theme: “Humari Paryavaran Hitashi Aadatein – Pradushan Ka Samadhan”
(Our eco-friendly habits and efforts that help maintain environmental balance.)

How to Participate

  1. Complete GDF Activity Form:
    • Fill out the online registration form via the following link:

      Registration Form.

    • Ensure to upload the payment screenshot of the ₹101/- registration fee in the designated section of the form.
  2. Plant a Tree:
    • Plant a sapling dedicated to Mother Nature.
    • Save two photographs of you planting the sapling.
  3. Subscribe to the Green Donor YouTube Channel:

    • Subscribe to our YouTube channel: Green Donor YouTube

    • Take a screenshot as proof of your subscription.
  4. Create and Submit Your Drawing:
    • Draw a creative piece based on the provided theme.
    • Ensure the artwork is entirely original and not copied from the internet or AI tools.

Submission Guidelines

Send the following via WhatsApp to the GDF Helpline Number: +91 9826 22 00 22:

  • Image of the original drawing (keep the original drawing safe with you till our HC co-ordinator will collect it from you if you are in top 10 per copy)
  • Screenshot of your completed GDF registration form.
  • Two photos of you planting a tree.
  • Screenshot of your YouTube channel subscription.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Eligibility:
    • Participants must be between 15 and 18 years of age.
    • Age verification will be required for top 10 entries (via school ID, date of birth certificate, or other valid documents).
  2. Evaluation Process:
    • 80% Weightage: Based on the quality and creativity of the drawing.
    • 20% Weightage: Based on YouTube likes, comments, and subscribers for your submission.
    • Top 5-10 entries will be showcased on the Green Donor YouTube community page for public feedback.
    • In case of a tie, the decision of the GDF EERC Mother Panel will be final.
  3. Important Dates:
    • Registration Deadline: 5th January 2025
    • Drawing Submission Deadline: 15th January 2025
    • YouTube Display of Submissions: 16th January 2025
    • Winner Announcement: 30th January 2025
  4. General Guidelines:
    • Participants must adhere to the provided theme and originality requirements.
    • This activity is a friendly initiative to encourage environmental consciousness among youth.
    • Decisions by the GDF EERC Mother Panel are final and binding.

Awards and Recognition

  1. First Prize: ₹1151 + Green Donor Trophy + Certificate.
  2. Second Prize: ₹751 + Green Donor Trophy + Certificate.
  3. Third Prize: ₹551 + Green Donor Trophy + Certificate.

हम सभी हरित वीर के लिए एक प्रेरणादायक और रचनात्मक अवसर की घोषणा करते हुए प्रसन्नता हो रही है। यह अनोखी ड्राइंग एक्टिविटी मां प्रकृति के प्रति आपका प्रेम और समर्पण व्यक्त करने के लिए है। इसका उद्देश्य पर्यावरणीय जागरूकता बढ़ाना और प्रदूषण नियंत्रण व पारिस्थितिक संतुलन में सहायक आदतों को उजागर करना है।

एक्टिविटी विवरण

थीम: “हमारी पर्यावरण हितैषी आदतें – प्रदूषण का समाधान”

कैसे भाग लें

  1. GDF एक्टिविटी फॉर्म पूरा करें:

    • ₹101/- पंजीकरण शुल्क का स्क्रीनशॉट अपलोड करें।
  2. एक पौधा लगाएं:
    • मां प्रकृति को समर्पित एक पौधा लगाएं।
    • पौधा लगाते हुए अपनी दो तस्वीरें सुरक्षित रखें।

नियम और शर्तें

  1. पात्रता:
    • प्रतिभागी की आयु 15 से 18 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।

    • GDF EERC मदर पैनल का निर्णय अंतिम और मान्य होगा।

पुरस्कार और मान्यता

  1. प्रथम पुरस्कार: ₹1151 + ग्रीन डोनर ट्रॉफी + प्रमाणपत्र।
  2. द्वितीय पुरस्कार: ₹751 + ग्रीन डोनर ट्रॉफी + प्रमाणपत्र।
  3. तृतीय पुरस्कार: ₹551 + ग्रीन डोनर ट्रॉफी + प्रमाणपत्र।

Note: Minimum entries are 50+, in case of less entries activity will be postponed to new date.
